We are on the lookout for a motivated CAPEX Project Manager who has the expertise and passion for making significant contributions in a fast-paced setting. If you have a wealth of experience, are adaptable, and are ready to take on challenges, this role is perfect for you.

• You define objectives, budgets, and timelines for CAPEX projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• You collaborate with engineering teams and consultants to design technical solutions that meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
• You supervise on-site work, coordinate contractors, and monitor key project milestones.
• You develop and monitor project budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• You ensure adherence to safety standards, legal regulations, and internal company policies.
• You maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including operational teams, management, and suppliers.
• You identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement technological innovations.

What are we looking for?

• You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil or industrial)
• You have 3 to 10 years of experience in CAPEX projects in industrial environments, with a strong preference for the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• You have hands-on experience in engineering studies carried out on the client side, and are familiar with site realities, internal coordination, and field constraints.
• You are comfortable working on multidisciplinary projects (process, utilities, civil works) across different phases: pre-study, feasibility, basic design.
• You are fluent in French and can work professionally in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, and good communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple interfaces within a complex industrial organization.
• You thrive in a field-oriented, pragmatic project environment, and are motivated by long-term industrial challenges.
