Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About The Position

Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to make a real impact? Our client, a world leading provider of transport solutions based in Södertälje, is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team and support the recruitment of finance professionals. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire the right talent, at the right time. This is a consultant assignment via Adecco starting in September until end of year. For the right candidate, there is a possibility for a contract extension following successful completion of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage confidential personnel data, employment contracts, and other sensitive documents while adhering to GDPR guidelines
• Uphold high-quality standards while working efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and daily workload balance
• Primary focus will be coordinating administrative tasks in the recruitment processes together with the Talent Acquisition Specialists
  
  
  

About You

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is required
• Prior experience encompassing of administration tasks in the recruitment process
• Demonstrated drive, positivity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
• Experience managing personnel data, employment contracts, and other sensitive documentation
• Familiarity with HR systems SuccessFactors
