Product Development Manager

We’re looking for a Product Development Manager to drive the end-to-end design, development, and evolution of cutting-edge solutions that integrate AI, IoT, and advanced video technologies.

Job Purpose:

To lead the end-to-end development of smart safety, smart home, and video security products by leveraging expertise in APIs, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and AI/LLM integrations. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that meet regulatory requirements, align with customer needs, and drive innovation across the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for smart safety and surveillance solutions.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—ideation, requirements, UX, delivery, and optimization.
• Integrate AI/ML features (LLMs, video analytics, predictive automation) into product offerings.
• Drive customer-centric design, ensuring seamless UX across mobile apps, portals, and operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, CRM, billing, marketing, and legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and global data/security regulations while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

Required: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (MBA/Product Mgmt certification is a plus).

Experience

Required:

• 8+ years in product development or technology leadership.
• Proven experience in smart home systems, IoT, video/security solutions, or telecom platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, mobile/web platforms, and AI/ML integrations.
• Skilled in Agile, Jira, Figma, Postman with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
