Senior User Interface Designer

Senior UI/UX Designer | Tech Startup | Up to $130,000 + Super

We are working closely with a hospitality startup who are looking to grow extensively over the next few years.

They want to hire a Senior UI/UX Developer to play a huge part in their growth.

A roadmap is in place to allow them to scale up through the industry and take over!

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Product & Interface Design Experience
• Strong background designing for web and mobile apps, ideally in SaaS, white-labelled platforms, hospitality, or eCommerce
• Expert in Figma and familiar with tools like Lottie, Framer, or After Effects
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS for handoff or light prototyping
• Designs intuitive, device-agnostic experiences with attention to smooth interactions and user journeys
• Thinks in design systems and reusable components, not just screens
• Able to expand and adapt brand guidelines as needed
• Strong grasp of UX principles that drive user engagement and conversion
• Familiar with A/B testing and optimisation tools

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers and developers to deliver new features and ensure seamless handoff from design to build
• Create and maintain reusable components and scalable design systems in Figma
• Design mobile-first websites and app screens tailored to hospitality brands, ensuring adaptability across devices
• Continuously improve user flows and interactions within the Bite dashboard to enhance usability and performance
• Deliver polished mockups and presentations for internal use, client previews, and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints
• Test, iterate, and optimise designs using user feedback and conversion insights

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of $130,000 + Super.

Remote, Office in Sydney
