Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and solution outlines
• Coordinate delivery across distributed teams, business units, and external vendors
• Maintain a well-organized backlog aligned with business KPIs and priorities
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
• Ensure smooth delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in a dynamic, multi-region setup

Ideal candidate profile

• Proven track record as Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner
• Strong business analysis skills and ability to work closely with non-technical users
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery tracking tools
• Comfortable managing cross-cultural and cross-time-zone collaboration
• Familiar with reporting/data platforms like Power BI and Microsoft Azure
• Fluent Italian and English at B2 level or higher

Conditions

Location: Rome (hybrid, min. 3 days/week on-site)

Work Model: Full-time (100% FTE)

Employment Type: B2B contract

Salary: Based on experience

Contract Duration: 6 months to start, with the possibility for long-term extension
