Job Title: Senior ICT Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ICT Project Manager to lead complex international projects in a regulated, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing large-scale ICT initiatives, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of ICT project delivery within international and/or public sector settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ICT projects, including COTS software deployments, cloud implementations, ICT infrastructure rollouts, and integrations with external providers.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional and multicultural teams across international environments.
• Present complex project plans, updates, and outcomes to executives, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of cloud services and ICT solutions in alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• Apply project management best practices and tools (MS Project, Office Suite, etc.) to effectively plan, track, and report progress.
• Manage projects in highly regulated environments, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and governance.
• Contribute to procurement, contract management, and vendor integration activities where required.

Mandatory Requirements

• 9+ years of proven project management experience.
• 9+ years of leading cross-functional, multicultural teams in international ICT projects.
• 9+ years of presenting ICT project plans and outcomes to stakeholders in English.
• Successfully managed 5+ full project lifecycles, covering COTS, cloud, infrastructure, or service integration.
• 3+ years managing cloud implementation projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 5+ years experience in international and/or EU institutional environments.
• 5+ years working in highly regulated/public/government settings.
• 5+ years using MS Project and strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong foundation in IT and cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-PMP, PM², or equivalent.

Desirable Skills

• Foundation certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with service integration projects (e.g., ESB integration).
• Knowledge of public IT procurement, EU tendering, and contract management.
• Experience delivering ICT infrastructure and connectivity projects.
