Business Analyst (Online/Mobile Banking)

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements delivery for medium to large projects, with a critical focus on Mobile and Online Banking projects. The role involves stakeholder analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation, and mentoring junior BAs, using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience, strong Agile/Waterfall knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis for medium to large projects, guiding junior BAs.
• Execute requirements delivery: planning, elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and manage risks, assumptions, and constraints.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Partner with vendors for requirements documentation.
• Maintain reusable requirements repository per enterprise standards.
• Lead requirements reviews, walkthroughs, and sign-offs.
• Ensure alignment between scope, requirements, testing, and implementation.

Essential Tools

• JIRA: Track requirements and tasks.
• Confluence: Document and share project information.
• MS Office: Create reports and documentation.
• Visio: Develop process maps and diagrams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience in Mobile and Online Banking projects (critical).
• Strong requirements methodology knowledge (Agile/Waterfall).
• Expertise in user stories, use cases, and process maps.
• Experience with large projects ($2M+).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for large groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with APIs and third-party vendor solutions.
