Graphic Designer/ Video Editor

We are looking

for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor to help shape the digital presence of a fast-growing new product in the digital wellness space. The team is small and fast-paced, which means your input will have a direct impact on design decisions. You’ll have a real say in shaping creative directions and will be able to grow your expertise beyond just graphic design and video editing.

Get ready to

Design static graphics and ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
Edit short-form videos, including hooks and cutdowns
Add motion graphics and light animations to boost engagement
Collaborate closely with the product lead, head of creative, UX/UI designer, and engineering manager
Contribute ideas for new visual concepts and campaign directions
Explore how AI can optimize creative processes and enhance production
Stay ahead of design and platform trends
Manage projects with high quality and fast turnarounds

We expect you to

Have proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing
Be skilled in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar tools)
Understand what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform
Be a strong visual storyteller with great pacing and attention to detail
Be curious and interested in learning about AI applications in creative work
Work independently and take ownership of your projects
Communicate clearly in English & Lithuanian and thrive in a feedback-rich environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 2200 - 2700 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
