Technology Sales Manager – Muscat, Oman


  • Proven track record of contributing to revenues in the range of USD 40–50 million as part of a team.
  • Lead and shape the organization’s Technology division, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and customer transformation goals.
  • Anticipate market shifts and evolving client demands, converting them into actionable strategies and innovative service offerings.
  • Direct the design, delivery, and governance of secure, scalable, and future-ready technology architectures spanning hybrid cloud, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and networking.
  • Drive adoption of advanced platforms and solutions from Tier-1 partners (IBM, Cisco, etc.) to deliver differentiated customer value.
  • Oversee enterprise-scale digital transformation programs across industries, leveraging AI, automation, cloud-native infrastructures, and data-driven insights.
  • Define and refine digital operating models that accelerate outcomes, enhance agility, and maximize technology ROI.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and domain experts—fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Champion a performance-driven culture rooted in continuous learning and customer-centricity.
  • Cultivate and strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic customers and alliance partners.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, strategic alliances, and customer advisory boards.
  • Provide executive oversight for key technology engagements and transformation programs, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to drive consistent performance across delivery teams and practices.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar business targets with a focus on profitability, operational efficiency, and impactful customer outcomes.
  • Improve efficiency through automation, cloud optimization, and lean program management practices.
  • Serve as a technology thought leader and evangelist, shaping go-to-market strategies, unlocking new revenue streams, and co-developing joint value propositions with partners.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and business leaders to accelerate demand generation and strategic account growth.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within a services provider or consulting environment.
  • Proven success in managing complex, large-scale digital transformation programs for enterprise customers across the region.
  • Deep expertise in at least one core domain: Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data Platforms, AI & Automation, or Networking & Edge.
  • Strong existing relationships with leading technology alliance partners such as IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, or top cybersecurity vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing technology teams across geographies or business units.
