The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with a strong financial background — someone who can serve as a true co-pilot to the CEO. You’ll be expected to mirror and enhance the CEO’s thinking, contribute your own initiatives, and actively participate in building the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-develop and implement the company’s strategy;

• Make strategic business decisions in close collaboration with the CEO;

• Analyze the market and identify new opportunities for growth;

• Communicate with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulators;

• Oversee specific business units or company functions.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and executive management experience in large or scaling companies;

• Background in fintech, investments, or related industries is a strong advantage;

• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take ownership;

• Experience in C-level, VP, or Director roles is highly desirable;

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team collaboration skills;

• Mandatory requirement: must be based in Vilnius and work on-site from our local office;

• Great command of Russian.
