Cloud Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Developer to join an exciting assignment within the energy and mobility sector. The role sits at the intersection of cloud solutions, device integration, and smart energy management, where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.

You’ll work in a dynamic environment where advanced algorithms, APIs, and distributed energy resource management shape the future of charging solutions, home batteries, wallboxes, and fleet integrations. The mission is simple yet ambitious: enhance energy efficiency for customers, the energy ecosystem, and the planet.

What You’ll Do

As a Cloud Developer, you will:

• Develop and integrate cloud solutions that connect hardware (e.g., wallboxes, batteries) with cloud platforms.
• Contribute to full-stack development of dashboards and web portals for both external and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate in cross-functional, agile teams focusing on backend optimization, fleet aggregation, and third-party API development.
• Take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud services.
• Apply DevOps practices, IaC, and event-driven architectures to build resilient cloud ecosystems.
• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team.

Your Profile

We believe you are a passionate and curious developer with a strong background in cloud and system integration.

Must-have skills & technologies:

• Strong experience in .NET, C#, AWS
• Kubernetes, Terraform, Pulumi (IaC)
• MongoDB, SQL, DynamoDB, Entity Framework
• Event-driven systems (Kafka)
• Frontend development with React / Remix
• Monitoring and visualization (Grafana)

Nice-to-have:

• Background in energy systems or a general understanding of vehicle/charging technology.
• Knowledge of distributed systems security.
• Experience in optimizing large-scale system performance.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working.
• Passionate about sustainability, energy innovation, and cutting-edge technology.
• Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Driver’s license (B-level) is a plus, but not mandatory.
