Job Summary:

The Group Benefits Business Analytics & Advice team is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to generate reports for Customers and Advisors. This role provides an excellent opportunity to understand the data demands of the Group Benefits business and respond effectively, with the support of a collaborative Business Analytics team.

The successful candidate will independently coordinate report production, fulfill reporting requests, and engage directly with customers and advisors—gaining valuable experience in both client-facing interactions and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data/reporting requirements
• Prioritize and manage reporting needs for customers and advisors
• Generate, review, and deliver accurate reports; escalate issues when necessary
• Develop technical and business knowledge to expand reporting capabilities
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve reporting processes
• Support data governance by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in reporting

Must-Have Skills

1. 0–2 years of experience (open to new graduates)
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
3. Experience with Power BI

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Experience writing SQL queries for reporting
2. Background in high-volume or recurring report generation

Education

• Undergraduate degree, preferably with a focus on data, analytics, or related fields
