We are hiring a Project Manager to support two growing businesses: a beverage company and a manufacturing company. This role is designed to take day-to-day administrative and operational tasks off the plate of senior team members so they can focus on higher-value projects. You’ll manage HR functions, assist with bookkeeping tasks, oversee data entry, and keep projects moving across both entities. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST.
Pay: $1,500/mo
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative and operational tasks across two companies, including shared staff.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining internal records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, working closely with the company bookkeeper to ensure accuracy.
- Manage data entry, reporting, and general office tasks that keep both teams running smoothly.
- Track project deadlines, update status reports, and follow up with team members to ensure deliverables are completed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and free up senior staff time for higher-level initiatives.
- Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and company information.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks across teams.
- Basic bookkeeping experience; comfortable supporting financial reporting and working with a bookkeeper.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and project management software.
- High attention to detail with a track record of reliable follow-through.
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting both product and manufacturing environments.
- Background in HR coordination or compliance.
- Prior project management experience in a small team or startup environment.
