Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer specializing in rotating equipment to oversee the design, specification, selection, and maintenance of critical machinery such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and fans. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, support project execution, and ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering design and selection of rotating equipment for major projects.
• Review vendor documentation and ensure equipment meets technical specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including process, piping, and instrumentation.
• Support procurement, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes (API, ASME, ISO) and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience with rotating equipment in oil & gas, power, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of API standards and mechanical design practices.
• Proven leadership and project coordination skills.
