Junior Product Developer & Technician

Our client is a fast-growing fashion brand with a bold, creative vision, a strong product team, and a culture that thrives on high standards, collaboration, and a bit of fun along the way. We are currently looking for a Junior Product

Developer / Technician to them in Burleigh Heads and play a key role in bringing the product to life.

If you’re someone who’s organised, detail-obsessed, passionate about fit and construction, and genuinely excited about building great product - this is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping keep the product engine running smoothly across fit, construction, and development
• Attending fittings and capturing accurate, brand-aligned fit comments
• Supporting your team with everything from sample tracking to Illustrator tech sketches
• Keeping your part of the process tidy, on track, and aligned with critical path timelines
• Pitching in with energy and ideas when it comes to materials, fit, and trend workshops
• Liaising with suppliers and making sure timelines are clear and tight

We’d love you to bring:

• Around 1-2 years' experience in a similar product or technical role
• Strong communication and organisation skills (you’re the kind of person who follows up, follows through, and flags early)
• A solid understanding of Adobe Illustrator and the basics of Excel
• A genuine interest in fashion trends and how things are made
