We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong expertise in portfolio management, digital transformation, and project delivery in a banking environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a large-scale transformation programme, specifically focused on the pilot and preparation for the implementation of a new project management tool to replace the existing PMIS with Microsoft Project Operations (Dynamics 365):

Start Date: 18 September 2025

End Date: 31 August 2026

Location: Luxembourg Hybrid (20% onsite, 80% remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute pilot activities to validate the new project management tool.
• Support business process redesign from project ideation to benefit realization.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and coordination across all project phases.
• Design and deliver training, communication, and adoption support for new tools and processes.
• Actively contribute to portfolio, programme, and project management processes in line with agile practices and PM² methodology (or equivalent).
• Provide governance and oversight in Lean Portfolio Management, including demand prioritization, benefit tracking, budgeting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in project and portfolio management, ideally within a banking environment.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on expertise with project and portfolio management tools.
• Proven track record in change management, including communications planning, sponsor engagement, training, and resistance management.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Project management methodologies (PM² and Agile or equivalent).
• Portfolio and programme management processes.
• Lean Portfolio Management practices.
• Business process management (design, modelling, execution, monitoring, optimization).
• Advantageous: direct experience with Microsoft Project Operations (Dynamics 365).
