Our project focuses on developing a new blockchain based platform for financial instruments, fully integrated into our group’s customer transactions ecosystem from client onboarding to transaction flow and customer wallet and portfolio management.

Your mission

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and regulatory context
• Analyze, challenge, and translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to elicit and refine requirements
• Support the entire product lifecycle – from ideation and design to testing and post-launch evaluation
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• Contribute to decision-making with structured analysis, business use cases, and impact assessments
• Actively support the definition of acceptance criteria and testing activities

Required superpowers

• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst in finance, payments/capital markets, & treasury products/ or similar digital products
• Familiarity with transaction processing or market data systems
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable deliverables (e.g., user stories, workflow diagrams, mockups)
• Good understanding of integration technologies, Rest/Soap APIs, experience with integration requirements
• Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable facilitating discussions and driving alignment between business and tech teams
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Exposure to tokenization, digital assets, or any distributed ledger technology
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML
• Understanding of testing processes or collaboration with QA teams
