We are seeking a product-first thinker who thrives on building impactful, service-led user journeys. You’ll be working at the intersection of pet healthcare and technology, reimagining how pet parents access and experience essential services.

If you’ve worked in B2C e-commerce, marketplaces, or service-driven platforms (teleconsultations, diagnostics, at-home care, or similar), and have a strong grasp of customer experience, operations, and digital flows, this role is for you.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Are passionate about pets and deeply empathetic towards pet parents.

Have hands-on experience with digital service flows (e.g., booking, scheduling, availability management, live sessions, CRM integrations).

Can analyze customer behavior, generate insights, and design experiments to optimize user journeys.

Enjoy collaborating across teams while owning outcomes end-to-end.

Value customer experience, retention, and operational excellence as core product metrics.

Are comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, especially scaling 0→1 and 1→10 products.

Bring 3–6 years of product management experience with a strong focus on user-facing services.

What You’ll Do

Own End-to-End Product Initiatives: Lead healthcare-focused products like online vet consultations, pharmacy, in-clinic services, at-home care, and grooming.

Shape the Industry: Play a pivotal role in transforming the rapidly growing pet care sector (25%+ CAGR) with innovative digital-first solutions.

Enhance User Journeys: Build seamless experiences for booking, consultations, and post-service care.

Experiment & Scale: Run rapid experiments, test hypotheses, and iterate to deliver high-impact solutions.

Collaborate Closely with Founders: Contribute directly to the vision while enjoying autonomy to execute.

Drive Impact at Scale: Improve healthcare accessibility and retention, making a tangible difference in pet parents’ lives.
