You will own the vision and execution of customer experience features, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn insights into scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
Own the product roadmap for post-purchase and support experiences, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Deeply understand customer behavior and pain points through data, research, and direct feedback.
Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly.
Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and customer success to deliver high-impact features.
Define success metrics and ensure every product decision is driven by measurable outcomes.
Champion operational excellence by aligning product improvements with service and support workflows.
Balance speed and quality—shipping MVPs quickly while keeping long-term scalability in mind.
Who You Are
A first-principles thinker with a track record of improving consumer journeys.
2–4 years of experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer tech.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with data tools and A/B testing.
Collaborative and empathetic, skilled at building alignment across cross-functional teams.
A strong communicator who can translate complex problems into simple product narratives.
Excited by fast-paced environments where ownership and impact are high.
