Technical Project Manager - Transportation Broker Platform (Delivery & Workflows)

Our multi‑tenant broker platform unifies booking, dispatch, routing, billing, compliance, analytics, and native mobile apps - built for scale, resilience, and AI‑ready extensibility. You’ll help shepherd this platform across multiple brands, features, and releases.

Overview - why this role exists

We’re looking for an open‑minded, hands‑on TPM who can operate across project management + analysis + delivery:

• Own PRDs, roadmaps, tickets, and release notes.
• Map workflows deeply (dispatch, routing, exceptions, billing, compliance).
• Prototype with AI tools to validate before full build.
• Align stakeholders and ship MVPs that move the needle - fast, safe, and measurable.
• You’ll be a senior IC/lead, not a VP - working daily with engineering, design, ops, and customers in our Wola office.

What you’ll do

Project ownership & discovery

• Translate goals into clear PRDs (problem, users, constraints, acceptance criteria) and workflow maps (states, edge cases, SLAs).
• Lead backlog hygiene (triage, sequencing, Definition of Ready/Done) and roadmap (quarterly themes → sprint plans).
• Partner with Design on journey maps and with Engineering on feasibility, sizing, and trade‑offs.

Tickets, releases, and delivery

• Run day‑to‑day in Linear/Jira: write tickets, refine scope, attach specs, link analytics, and keep statuses honest.
• Coordinate release trains, change‑logs, UAT, and post‑release reviews (what to keep/kill/iterate).

AI‑powered prototyping & validation

• Use Miro to outline flows; build AI prototypes in Lovable (or v0/Replit) to validate logic and UX before high fidelity.
• Capture learnings as decision memos; gate scope with data (events, funnels, SLAs).

Stakeholder & external communications (English)

• Host regular reviews with internal teams and customers; own release notes and partner updates.
• Align multi‑tenant needs (CTG, MediDrive, Omni): what ships once, what’s tenant‑specific, and how policies are modeled.

Technical & domain fluency

• Speak architecture: Go micro‑services, gRPC APIs, event bus (Pub/Sub), Spanner/BigQuery, GKE/Istio) at a “product‑technical” level.
• Understand routing/dispatch and compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA/Medicaid) impacts on projects and data.

Quality, measurement & ops

• Set guardrails (SLOs/SLAs, error budgets, accessibility) and partner with Eng on observability (metrics, logs, traces).
• Define success metrics (OTP, cost/passenger, conversion, latency) and report weekly.

What success looks like (examples / KPIs)

• Shippable PRDs with crisp acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes land every sprint.
• Validated prototypes precede builds; cycle time from idea → decision shortens quarter‑over‑quarter.
• Roadmap predictability improves; fewer spillovers; release notes consistently published.
• Platform consistency grows (shared policies/components) while meeting tenant specifics.
• Operational KPIs trend up (e.g., OTP↑, exceptions handled faster; Core web/app performance & reliability hold or improve).

Must‑have experience

• 5+ years in Product/Project roles (PM, TPM, Product Analyst, Delivery Manager) on large‑scale software (SaaS/platform).
• Technical background (CS/SE degree or equivalent experience) with hands‑on comfort reading APIs, data models, and logs.
• PRDs, roadmaps, and ticketing: you’ve owned them end to end on a complex product.
• AI prototyping: Miro for mapping + Lovable (or v0/Replit) for realistic, testable flows.
• MVP mindset: prioritize, slice, and ship increments that deliver value quickly.
• C1+ English: own external communications, stakeholder updates, and release notes.
• People skills: facilitate calmly, listen well, and unblock teams.

Nice to have

• Transportation/mobility domain; dispatch/routing/billing/compliance familiarity.
• Comfort with multi‑tenant requirements and policy engines.
• Basic SQL for quick analysis; dashboard literacy (Looker/Data Studio/BI).
• Russian/Ukrainian for smoother cross‑team collaboration (optional).
