Business Analyst - Digital Transformation (Financial Services):

• We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in digitalization and process management within the financial sector.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our team's services by coordinating and collecting business requirements for our Group Client Portal and driving key digitalization initiatives across our Financial Intermediation and Capital Markets departments.

Role Details:

Start Date: 23 September 2025

End Date: 31 December 2025

Location: On-site

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Language: English is required

• You will be instrumental in the digitalization of critical business processes, including capital markets term sheets, bank account management (disbursement and reflow), refund processes, and the maintenance of borrower contact information.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading stakeholder engagement through meetings and workshops to gather and define business requirements.
• Conducting detailed business analysis and collaborating with UX/UI teams to improve user experience.
• Documenting process improvements and developing clear functional specifications.
• Working with technical IT teams to facilitate data integration and automation.
• Onboarding key stakeholders and ensuring effective project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitating knowledge transfer and project handover at the conclusion of the assignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in digitalization and process management.
• Extensive experience with financial products and back-office activities.
• Proven skills in project management.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
