About the opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled React Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role based in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, or Belo Horizonte. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering intuitive and scalable front-end applications using React.js. You will work with cross-functional teams to build user-friendly, high-performance web applications while maintaining a strong focus on quality through test-driven development.

Responsibilities:

UI Development: Design and build intuitive UI experiences as scalable universal (isomorphic) applications using React.js.
Front-End Development: Collaborate with the design and backend teams to create responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces with React.js, HTML, and CSS.
Test-Driven Development: Commit to delivering high-quality solutions through test-driven development (TDD) and writing automated tests for front-end components.
Agile Development: Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborative Teamwork: Engage with team members, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and provide value.
Solution Design and Tradeoffs: Prepare and present potential technical solutions, advising product teams on the best approaches, trade-offs, and technical risks.

Required Qualifications:

Strong React.js Skills: Proficiency in React.js, with experience building modern, scalable applications.
Deep Knowledge of JavaScript: Expertise in JavaScript, including modern concepts like closures, promises, async/await, and module bundling
.UI Design: Design and build intuitive UI experiences as scalable universal (isomorphic) applications
.Solid understanding of UI principles and best practices for building intuitive, responsive interfaces with HTML and CSS
.Test-Driven Development: Experience in delivering high-quality code through TDD and writing automated tests to ensure robustness and reliability of your code
.Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in Agile development environments, with a focus on delivering iterative, high-quality software
.Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to discussions, brainstorming sessions, and decision-making processes
