About The Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with strong UX/UI design skills to join our dynamic team. This role involves bridging the gap between design and development by transforming user requirements into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative vision and technical expertise, capable of collaborating effectively with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to develop responsive and accessible interfaces.

You will play a key role in creating design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that enhance usability and aesthetics. Your work will directly impact the success of our client projects, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, design heuristics, and usability best practices
• Ability to create and present wireframes, prototypes, and mockups effectively
• Good eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail orientation
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience
  
  

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers
• Communicate and illustrate design ideas using UX tools such as user journey maps, storyboards, personas, process flows, and sitemaps
• Create design systems or UI pattern libraries based on established design principles
• Develop wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and visual appeal
• Produce original graphic assets, including icons and visual elements for UI
• Prepare and present design concepts and iterations to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, applying heuristics and best practices to improve usability and responsiveness
• Conduct layout adjustments and refinements based on user feedback and usability testing results
• Ensure all designs are aligned with accessibility standards and responsive across devices
