ABOUT THE ROLE:

Based in Baltics, you'll join a team of dedicated professionals in the insurance sector, driving Agile delivery within a large-scale IT project. As a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, you will establish and facilitate effective Agile practices, ensure strong team collaboration, and provide operational leadership for the IT development stream. You will work closely with the Project Manager, vendor teams, analysts, and testers to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality results.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Facilitating key Scrum ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Driving Agile discipline, backlog transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Leading the IT stream: planning, coordinating vendor/internal development teams, and ensuring delivery commitments.
• Supporting roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and integration across multiple delivery streams.
• Reporting on sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Removing blockers, fostering accountability, and coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 3 - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex, multi-team environments (vendor collaboration is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar scaling frameworks).
• Hands-on experience in IT development projects, ideally in insurance, financial services, or enterprise systems.
• Proven leadership skills in backlog management, planning, and delivery tracking.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills (English required).
• Ability to adapt Agile practices pragmatically to fit project needs.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and change.

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 2500 - 5500 gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
