What you'll do:

As a experienced Project Manager, you’ll work on diverse projects for clients in both the public and private sectors, ensuring they meet their goals. You’ll be involved from start to finish, from planning and concept development to final evaluation. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

· Develop clear project plans and monitor progress.

· Build support for changes and manage expectations.

· Be the go-to person for your project and offer expert advice.

· Keep projects on track in terms of results, time, and budget.

· Spot and solve any issues that arise.

· Provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.

What you bring:

· At least 5 years of experience in project or change management, especially in roles where business and IT overlap.

· A degree in fields like ICT, Business Administration, or Change Management (WO level is a bonus).

· Experience leading small teams or project groups.

· A knack for understanding organizational dynamics and managing change.

· Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

· Familiarity with Agile working methods is a plus.

· Willingness to travel to various project locations across the Netherlands.
