Full Stack Engineer

Most enterprises do not have the capability to do this, which is why we founded Resaro. We are a new AI assurance company that provides services to validate AI systems for accuracy, robustness, explainability, fairness, privacy and security.

Job scope

As Resaro’s first Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of front and back-end software applications. Your responsibilities will extend from designing system architecture to programming, performance testing, and systems integration. You will be working alongside a team of data scientists and engineers to translate Resaro’s services into product offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new features based on product roadmap requirements to support emerging business and project requirements
• Prototype proof of concept projects, from conceptualization to deployment
• Collaborate closely with the technical teams of our customers and partners, to ensure successful end-to-end product development and support.
• Design, implement and maintain web services, applications, and APIs based on prescribed requirements
• Ensure application performance and reliability
• Maintain high standards for code quality and application design
• Write technical documentation

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in a software development role, preferably across both back-end and front-end areas
• Proficient in developing, maintaining, testing and deploying Python-based software including FastAPI and Gradio
• Familiarity with HTML, Javascript and CSS for front-end development including React.js and Next.js
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL
• Comfortable working in public domains and contributing to open-source projects
• Familiarity with deployments on cloud infrastructure, CI / CD, and containerization is a plus
• Familiarity with machine learning systems and frameworks (e.g. ONNX and PyTorch) is a plus
• Growth-oriented mindset, goal/objective driven and action-orientated
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Passionate about AI and technology, with a keen interest in AI ethics and safety.
