Job description:

Your responsibilities would include:

  • facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies as needed, eg weekly ceremonies for the tribe including weekly tribe alignment
  • ensuring Products in the Tribe and across the tribe are aligned in the Ways of Working
  • ensuring the quality of our vendors in Agile Ways of Working
  • promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an ambassador)
  • ensuring a collaborative culture exists within the departments, its (external) development partners and their product teams, promoting team building and ensuring the entire team is engaged
  • identifying and supporting the team with removing any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
  • coaching the team in creating the product backlog, sprint backlogs and writing user stories in the most pragmatic way
  • managing ‘Work In Progress Limits’, making sure the team is not working on too many stories/tasks at once, and helping them get into a flow of starting and completing work in a predictable manner
  • removing all impediments to progress, facilitates meetings and enables people to resolve conflicts
  • leading or facilitating workshops
  • structurally measuring progress and maturity of the teams
  • working with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness of agile ways of working in the organization.
Profile description:

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • SCRUM certification
  • at least 3 years Scrum Master experience in an IT environment, experience as a coach will be a plus
  • experience with Scaling frameworks, LeSS and or SAFe
  • experience with Jira or Confluence
  • working experience at Portfolio, Tribe and/or Organizational Level in the multi-national company
  • excellent communication skills, are able to manage and challenge your stakeholders
  • coach, facilitator and leader aiming to increase team's performance, satisfaction and motivation
  • an expertise in industry agile best practices and methodologies
  • enough technical depth and affinity with the product (eBusiness) to understand development and delivery issues within the team and judge their relative importance
  • worked in large organizations, an international setting and are able to work in fast paced environment, meet deadlines and perform at high standards
  • know the importance of creating value for both the business and the customer
  • experience with change management, leadership, coaching, solution oriented and continuous improvement
  • excellent written and verbal English.
