Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Masters in Civil/Architecture (PMP preferred).

• 3–10 years’ interior fit-out experience.

• Strong knowledge of MEP, finishes, and authority regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
