About The Role And The Team

Join our Cloud Services Team, part of Adform’s IT department, and take ownership of building, scaling, and maintaining the global infrastructure that powers the Adform platform. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll work on critical systems that ensure scalability, reliability, and security for services supporting our clients and stakeholders. You’ll contribute your expertise, improve automation, and help shape the way our infrastructure evolves.

About What We Do

The Cloud Services Team manages critical infrastructure, including:

• Private Cloud: A multi-region OpenStack platform with hundreds of physical hosts and thousands of VMs.
• Storage Solutions: Petabyte-scale Ceph systems for volumes, S3-compatible storage, and more.
• Containerization: A Kubernetes platform orchestrating thousands of pods for hundreds of applications.
• Load Balancing: High-performance Nginx and HAProxy services handling over 2M requests/second.
• Content Delivery: internal CDN services and from external vendors.

• Operate & Improve: Maintain and enhance cloud platforms and services, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance.
• Drive Automation: Design and implement automation to reduce toil and streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Investigate complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate: Partner with developers and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Influence & Mentor: Contribute to architecture discussions, propose improvements, and support junior colleagues in their growth.
  
  
  

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

• Solid hands-on experience with Linux-based systems (e.g., RedHat, CentOS).
• Practical experience with some of our core stack: OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, Nginx, HAProxy, Prometheus, Grafana, Puppet.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Ansible, Python or similar).
• Problem-solving mindset: ability to analyze complex systems and design scalable solutions.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
