🧠What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to support a major document transformation and Microsoft 365 adoption program. The role requires a strong mix of regulatory awareness, process orientation, and technological expertise, combined with the ability to drive change across the organization.Your challenges will include{{:}}

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives around document management and digital workplace transformation.
• Integrate deliverables from theprocess team (As-Is / To-Be mapping) into concrete analyses and actionable recommendations.
• OverseeM365 adoption (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) and ensure alignment with business needs and security requirements.
• Ensureregulatory compliance in all document and data management processes (GDPR, legal archiving, information security).
• Act as abridge between business, IT, security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify adoption or process barriers and propose structured corrective actions.
• Provide clear reporting, synthesis, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  
  

🛠️Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or digital transformation (banking/financial services strongly preferred).
• Solid background indocument management, compliance, and digital workplace tools.
• Proven expertise inMicrosoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Experience inchange management and transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, andstakeholder management skills.
• BilingualFrench & English; additional languages are a plus.
• Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Microsoft M365) are considered an asset.
