Fullstack Engineer - AI

General Competencies

• Minimum 3–6 years of professional software development experience
• Actively participated in at least one project from start to finish and contributed to its successful production deployment
• Strong expertise in either frontend or backend development, with a willingness to grow in the other area
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and a research-driven mindset
• Good command of English

Technical Skills

• Experience in the Node.js ecosystem
• Familiarity with Python, especially for AI/automation flows
• Developing backend services with Express.js
• Effective use of middleware structures (authentication, rate limiting, logging, validation, etc.)
• Container architecture and Docker usage
• Basic knowledge in logging and monitoring
• Understanding of unit, functional, and end-to-end (E2E) testing processes (Cypress, Mocha)
• Experience in frontend development with React framework
• Application development experience using TypeScript
• Proficiency in using the Git version control system
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles
• Experience with message queuing systems (Kafka, Redis, etc.)
• Experience with TypeORM or similar ORM technologies
• Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL – schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning)
• Experience working with MongoDB

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, MLflow, or LLM integration
• Understanding of Kubernetes APIs and multi-cloud environments
• Experience working with Node-RED

Responsibilities

• Develop modern and high-performance frontend applications using Next.js or React
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js and Python-based AI logic
• Configure and manage databases with TypeORM or similar ORM tools
• Write type-safe code using TypeScript
• Understand existing CI/CD processes and optimize configuration and automation steps when necessary
• Provide additional technical value with knowledge and experience in virtualization systems and managed services, supporting the efficient management of processes
• Work in accordance with Agile/Scrum methodologies
