Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Vienna, Austria. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, managing desktop computers, and operating within the help desk environment. The specialist will address IT-related issues efficiently to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a multinational company is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in IT or related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)
