Position: Program Manager – Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Smart Mobility. The role involves leading large-scale projects, integrating emerging technologies, and delivering innovative mobility solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of ITS and Smart City projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and project performance.
• Oversee technology integration (ATMS, CAV, MaaS, SaaS, IoT, cloud platforms).
• Direct and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Engage with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards while driving innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng or equivalent).
• 10+ years of proven experience in ITS, Smart Cities, or transportation projects.
• Strong expertise in ITS design, deployment, and project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) is a plus.
