Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a ServiceNow Technical Expert in Netcompany?
As a ServiceNow Technical Expert, You Will
- Set up, administer, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform (including MID servers).
- Maintain and enhance ITSM/CSM applications.
- Manage CMDB, data quality, releases, upgrades, and environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with other corporate systems.
- Test new features and functionalities.
- Support users and handle incidents/requests.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow for platform monitoring and incident escalation.
- Share knowledge with your team and other EC groups.
What would make you a fit for the role:
- ITIL Foundation certification and ITIL process experience
- ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Implementation Specialist, key modules like ITSM/CSM/HRSD/SPM)
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM
- Experience with web services (XML/SOAP/REST) and basic JavaScript
- Fluency in English or French
