We’re Hiring: Project Manager (PMO) - Bordeaux (onsite required)
Are you ready to take on a key role in IT Program monitoring and contribute to shaping strategic projects across 28 countries? Join us as a Project Manager (PMO) and play a pivotal part in budget governance, cross-functional coordination, and program steering.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager (PMO), you will:
- Drive budget development and monitoring alongside project managers.
- Support Program Directors in developing and monitoring steering committees.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager on investment committees and SAP (Strategic Annual Plan) projects.
- Prepare and deliver clear reports for Senior Management.
- Contribute to the governance of national and international projects across 28 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor monthly budget allocations and forecasts.
- Facilitate the project manager community and governance processes.
- Analyse program risks and prepare steering/monitoring committee meetings.
- Ensure data consistency and reporting quality across all stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional collaboration at national and international levels.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in budget management, project monitoring, and governance.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (essential).
- Excellent analytical skills, proactivity, and ability to manage complex environments.
- Fluency in English & French (required).
- Experience in international project coordination is a plus.
Location & Travel:
- Based in Bordeaux Mérignac.
- Occasional travel to Paris region (once per quarter).
