About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a senior engineering team working on global-scale data products. This is a highly impactful role within a fast-moving, autonomous group that operates with the agility of a startup while having the reach of a worldwide platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy data-driven applications across backend, frontend, and cloud.
• Build and maintain data products integrated into a large-scale platform, used globally.
• Work primarily with Python and SQL, with exposure to Node.js/TypeScript on the frontend (approx. 10% of role).
• Deploy and manage solutions in AWS cloud environments.
• Take full ownership of your work from design to production support.
• Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.
• Tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment, applying agile practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–9 years’ software engineering experience (flexible for outstanding candidates).
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid experience with SQL.
• Cloud experience with AWS (other cloud platforms also considered).
• Exposure to Node.js and TypeScript (advantageous, but not the main focus).
• Familiarity with Java is a plus.
• Background in large-scale platform companies a bonus, but not essential.
• Track record of ownership, accountability, and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a startup-like team culture with a global remit.
• High levels of integrity, given the sensitive nature of the work.
