Senior iOS Engineer - Contract

Location - Sydney hybrid (50% in office)
 
Competitive Daily Rate - 6-12 months (extensions likely)
 
We're partnered with a global financial services leader who are building a brand-new iOS app from the ground up as part of a worldwide white-label program. The first app is being shipped to market later this year, with further greenfield builds planned across other business units.
 
This is a rare chance to join at the start of a high-profile, greenfield mobile program, working with the latest iOS stack (Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, async/await, CI/CD, automated testing).

What you'll be doing

• Building and shipping a new iOS app using everything modern in the Apple ecosystem.
• Working closely with product, design, and backend teams on a global white-label platform.
• Making architectural decisions to keep the app secure, scalable, and reusable across multiple brands.
• Writing clean, testable Swift code and ensuring strong CI/CD and release practices.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in iOS engineering, strong in Swift & modern frameworks (SwiftUI, Combine, async/await).
• Proven experience delivering greenfield apps at scale.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app security and architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean, etc.).
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and App Store deployment.
• White-label or multi-brand platform experience is a bonus.
