Your new company

A leading insurance provider is seeking two experienced Scrum Masters to support delivery across their Commercial and Consumer Insurance Tribes. These contract roles offer the chance to make a real impact in high-performing agile environments.

Your new role

You’ll be joining one of two squads:

• Commercial Insurance Tribe – Take over an existing team and help reset delivery momentum, improve engagement, and manage competing priorities.
• Consumer Insurance Tribe – Help establish a brand-new squad, set up agile frameworks, and drive delivery from the ground up.

Both roles involve coaching teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing backlogs and dependencies, and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Scrum Master certification and project management accreditation (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in insurance or financial services (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build team culture
• Technical aptitude (especially for the Consumer Insurance role)

What you'll get in return

In return, you’ll receive a competitive daily rate of $900 + super, with a contract running until 30th June 2026. You’ll have the flexibility to work from Sydney, and the opportunity to lead delivery in either an established or newly formed squad. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment where your leadership will directly influence project success.
