DevOps Engineer

Lead + Intermediate DevOps Engineer | Eligible for NV1 | $130,000 - $150,000 + Super

We are working closely with an innovative tech company that specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

They have a lot of greenfield projects in the pipeline in the defence sector and are looking for a mid-level and Lead DevOps Engineer to join the ranks.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Azure Resource Manager.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (e.g., Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, Terraform).
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications on Azure.
• Automate the deployment of Azure infrastructure and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Continuously improve the deployment processes, ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineers and system administrators to ensure seamless integration and deployment across environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud infrastructure and deployments.
• Maintain a strong focus on security and best practices for cloud-based systems and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and DevOps practices, implementing new solutions as needed.

Salary:

Up to $150,000
