Senior Back End Developer

We’re hiring on behalf of our client – a US-based software company with offices also in Bucharest – a Senior Back-End Engineer to join their dev team.

⏰ Schedule: 12:00 – 20:00 (Romania time), aligned with US hours

🌍 Location: Remote

We’re looking for engineers who are passionate about building scalable back-end systems and eager to design products that make a real impact.

Tech stack

• Golang (primary – or Python/Rust/JS + willing to learn Go)
• Linux/UNIX
• Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• gRPC + Protobuf, REST APIs
• SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
• Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab)
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, Streaming
• Analytics DBs & DWH (Clickhouse, Snowflake, Redshift)

🎯 What you’ll do

• Build & maintain back-end services
• Ensure smooth integration with front-end/platform
• Troubleshoot & resolve production issues
• Collaborate in Agile teams & CI/CD pipelines
• Share knowledge via code reviews & mentoring
