We are looking for a bright and passionate Business Analyst - Smart Manufacturing with the skills below

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final product meets business needs.
• Understand and apply various statistical concepts, research data, standards and practices.
• Analyze, and interpret consumer data around products, services, and overall brand sentiment.
• Lead market, and competitive product analyses rooted in quantitative and qualitative research.
• Feature analysis, measuring impact, and performance of features, and suggest improvements based on the analysis.
• Present business cases to senior leaders and client groups to facilitate decision making
• Quickly build subject matter expertise in new areas of interest (e.g.: innovative technologies, new verticals & markets, competitive landscapes).
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry research as a subject matter expert.
• Techno Functional in Manufacturing domain and Industrial IOT and Industry 4.0.
• Expertise in Consulting for Industry 4.0 and Digitalization.
• Good functional Knowledge on MES (Manufacturing Execution System)/MOM (Manufacturing Operation Management).
• Experience delivering Projects in Discrete and Process Manufacturing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in product management, business analysis, strategy consulting, business analytics, or a related field
• Familiarity with Azure IoT Services, encompassing Azure Digital Twins, Azure IoT Operations, and the new Digital Twin Builder in Fabric
• Knowledge of the landscapes of Manufacturing, Energy, Mobility hubs, Media and sports
• Experience building strategy and insights using various data and research methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to frame and distill complex information and story lines for different audiences
• Ability to learn quickly through hypothesis-led problem solving.
• Proactivity with staying current on important industry trends and analyst research.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
