About the Role:


As a Senior Consultant in our In-House Consulting team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic agenda and driving performance across our global operations. This is a high-impact position, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and a diverse range of strategic and operational topics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Projects: Lead and contribute to high-priority projects across business units – including growth strategies, portfolio optimization, supply chain improvements, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation.
  • Analytical Excellence: Conduct detailed market research, financial analysis, and benchmarking to support data-driven decision making.
  • Project Management: Manage complex workstreams and cross-functional teams, ensuring structured delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior executives, functional heads, and external partners to develop and implement actionable recommendations.
  • Change Enablement: Support communication and change management efforts to embed strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Internal Capability Building: Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, and knowledge assets within the In-House Consulting team.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 3–6 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or internal strategy/transformation team, preferably in an industrial or chemical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business-critical projects with tangible results.
  • Strong understanding of industrial value chains, manufacturing operations, or global supply chains is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
