Technical Writer

Job Requirements:-

5 to 7 years of experienced and highly skilled Tech writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for The Technical writer should be a self-driven professional with a strong understanding of how adults learn new technologies. They must be skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences through clear writing and communication. The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to effectively design and deliver instructional content.

• Clear Communication – Strong verbal and written communication, especially in simplifying complex topics.

• Technical Writing – Expertise in creating structured, clear, and concise technical documentation.
• MS Office Tools – Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Domain Knowledge – Payment Processing – Understanding of payment systems, workflows, and industry standards.
• Programming Proficiency – Working knowledge of one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.).
• Understanding how adults learn technology to design effective learning solutions.
• Experience in BA Duties
• Experience in project management duties
• Experience in Internet marketing duties

Good to have skills

• Experience with eLearning Authoring Tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Basic UX/UI Understanding
• Knowledge of APIs / Integration Concepts
• Version Control Tools
• Database/SQL Knowledge
• Knowledge of Compliance & Regulatory Standards
