We are now hiring a Project Manager – Solar Engineer who can take full ownership of projects, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage solar energy projects from initial planning to final delivery.
• Conduct site assessments, system design, and technical proposals.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems.
• Manage procurement, vendor relations, and client orders.
• Ensure projects meet technical, financial, and timeline requirements.
• Coordinate with local authorities and suppliers for regulatory compliance.
• Provide after-sales support and technical guidance to clients.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in solar PV design, installation, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and off-grid/on-grid solutions.
• Ability to manage full project lifecycle independently (A–Z).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Based in Oman or willing to relocate.
