Electrical/Solar Engineer

Company Description

Siraj Solar Ventures International, a fast-growing green energy company based in Muscat, is seeking an experienced Solar PV Engineer / Electrical Solar Engineer to join our technical team and support our expanding solar projects across residential and commercial sectors.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in Solar PV system design, installation, and commissioning (residential & commercial projects)
Currently residing in Oman and available for on-site work (this is a strict requirement)
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, including site inspection, system sizing/design, wiring, inverter configuration, and commissioning
Familiarity with HSE-MS, NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant professional solar and safety certifications
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, testing, and system optimization
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Preferred Profile (Important):

Candidates legally eligible to work in Oman without sponsorship
Strong understanding of Oman regulations, local utility requirements, and site practices
Familiarity with the Oman solar market and local project workflows will be considered a strong advantage
