Role Description

Are you passionate about social impact, education, and innovative technology? One Oat Inc. is an early-stage EdTech startup leveraging blockchain and AI to empower youth globally with mindfulness, leadership, and mindset skills. We are incorporated in Switzerland and preparing for our next growth phase across Europe.


We are seeking a mission-aligned Resident Director based in Switzerland to join our founding team. This crucial role fulfills the legal requirement for Swiss corporate governance and ensures our compliance and operational readiness as a Swiss public limited company (SA/AG).


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the official Swiss resident director for One Oat Inc. in compliance with Swiss company law.
  • Participate in Board decisions to support governance aligned with our mission and values.
  • Collaborate with co-founders, legal counsel, and advisors to maintain regulatory compliance and enable smooth incorporation.
  • Provide local representation and liaise with Swiss authorities, banks, and partners.
  • Contribute strategic insight and operational support as part of the leadership team.



About You

  • Resident of Switzerland, familiar with corporate governance and the regulatory environment.
  • Experience or strong interest in social entrepreneurship, impact investing, or EdTech sectors.
  • Strategic thinker with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with mission-driven values.
  • Prior governance or director experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong Volunteer Management and Training capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Passion for empowering individuals through holistic development
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus


Commitment & Compensation
