ML/AI Engineer

About the Role:

ZAF Digital is creating AI-driven products across multiple verticals (marketing automation, health-tech, real estate, and more). We need an AI Engineer who can ship practical AI systems — not just prototypes.

Responsibilities:

·      Build LLM-based recommendation systems, chatbots, and personalization engines.

·      Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

·      Deploy rule + AI hybrid systems for safety-critical contexts.

·      Maintain model monitoring, evaluation, and feedback loops.

·      Collaborate with product teams to convert business requirements into working AI features.

Core Competencies:

·      Proficiency with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama).

·      Knowledge of vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).

·      Python/ML frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain).

·      Ability to tune, evaluate, and productionize models.

ARC-Specific Edge:

·      Familiarity with digital health data, wearables, or wellness-focused AI use cases.
