In this role, you will coordinate HR Payroll calculation. Collecting and centralizing supporting information in this area & day to day activities, by answering employees' queries and offering support to the management team.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee life-cycle processes
- Handle HR inquiries via email, systems (Workday, ServiceNow), phone, or chat
- Ensure HR policy compliance; escalate issues as needed
- Maintain/update process documentation
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Drive and support process improvements
- Investigate issues and recommend solutions
- Provide backup support and train team members
- Share knowledge through coaching and training
- Support projects with minimal supervision
- Meet SLAs and ensure system accuracy
- Complete trainings and ensure data privacy
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum:
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Fluent English (C1)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable handling sensitive data
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
- Professional and positive attitude
Preferred:
- B2+ level in another European language
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
- Background in Shared Services
