Project Manager – Data Center & Infrastructure
Contract | Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) | 6 months
Financial Services experience preferred
We’re seeking a Project Manager to help deliver key data center and infrastructure initiatives. The role is based in Dublin, with two days per week onsite in Leopardstown/Carmanhall.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of data center and infrastructure workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate across technical teams, operations, and vendors to keep activities aligned.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required to maintain progress.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance packs for stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops, capturing decisions and follow-up actions.
- Support the Programme Manager with structured reporting and stakeholder communication.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience managing technology or infrastructure projects.
- Background in data center or IT infrastructure delivery, ideally within financial services.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive delivery, and resolve issues quickly.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
- Collaborative approach, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Based in Ireland, with flexibility to work onsite in Dublin two days per week.
