Project Manager – Data Center & Infrastructure

Contract | Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) | 6 months

Financial Services experience preferred

We’re seeking a Project Manager to help deliver key data center and infrastructure initiatives. The role is based in Dublin, with two days per week onsite in Leopardstown/Carmanhall.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of data center and infrastructure workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate across technical teams, operations, and vendors to keep activities aligned.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required to maintain progress.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance packs for stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops, capturing decisions and follow-up actions.
• Support the Programme Manager with structured reporting and stakeholder communication.

About You

• 3–5 years’ experience managing technology or infrastructure projects.
• Background in data center or IT infrastructure delivery, ideally within financial services.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive delivery, and resolve issues quickly.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
• Collaborative approach, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Based in Ireland, with flexibility to work onsite in Dublin two days per week.
