HR Specialist who would like to work and gain experience as Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Romania only, remote

Type of contract: Full-time, B2B, Freelance Contract

Length of the contract: 12 months (chance of extension)

Role description

We are looking for an HR Specialist who would like to develop as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. No previous experience with the system is required – the client provide comprehensive training and mentoring support. This is an excellent opportunity to combine HR expertise with modern technologies supporting human capital management.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the analysis of HR processes and mapping them into SAP SuccessFactors,
• Data migration
• Implementation of a new tool - Visier
• Reporting and data analysis in Power BI,
• Preparing project documentation and user guides,
• Taking part in trainings and obtaining SAP SuccessFactors certifications.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in HR (e.g. recruitment, personnel administration, training, employee development, payroll),
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
• Openness to learning new technologies, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills,
